RTR Vehicles Off-Road is thrilled to welcome Bailey Campbell to the team as the newest driver in our off-road family. A fierce competitor with an impressive racing pedigree, Bailey brings years of experience, determination, and technical expertise to RTR. As Bailey gears up for her first race as an RTR Vehicles Off-Road driver at the Mint 400, she will be piloting the 2021 and 2022 King of the Hammers-winning 4600-class Bronco—a proven machine that Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Loren Healy have dominated in recent years. Bailey’s long-term journey with RTR Vehicles Off-Road will see her behind the wheel of her own 4600-class Bronco, set to debut later this year, with a laser focus on racing at King of the Hammers 2026.
Meet RTR Vehicles Off-Road Team’s Newest Driver: Bailey Campbell
Bailey’s passion for off-road racing is deeply rooted in her upbringing. The daughter of legendary off-road racer and multiple-time King of the Hammers champion Shannon Campbell, she grew up surrounded by the sport. But rather than riding on the coattails of her father’s legacy, Bailey carved her own path. From an early age, she worked in the family shop, learning every aspect of building, maintaining, and fine-tuning competition vehicles. Her hands-on experience gave her an edge as she honed her driving skills, making her a formidable competitor in the toughest off-road events in the world.
Her journey began in rock crawling competitions, where she mastered the art of precision driving over extreme terrain. Unlike many young racers, Bailey took an active role in fabricating and wrenching on her own race rigs, reinforcing her deep mechanical knowledge. By her late teens, she had transitioned into Ultra4 Racing’s 4400 class—the sport’s highest level—where she regularly competed against the best in the industry. Over the past 13 years, Bailey has earned a reputation as one of the most talented and determined racers in the off-road world.
