First Public Display of the Mystichrome RTR Mustang
One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was the first public display of the Mystichrome Mustang RTR. Revealed last month, it turned heads all weekend long as fans gathered to see the dazzling color-shifting paint in person. Enthusiasts couldn’t help but compare the Mystichrome’s mesmerizing hues to its last appearance on the 2004 SVT Cobra, sparking excitement and nostalgia among Mustang lovers.
Alongside the Mystichrome Mustang RTR, we showcased some of our other standout Mustangs such as the legendary RTR-X and Vaughn Gittin Jr.'s 2024 Mustang RTR Spec 5-D. Vaughn’s personal #0001 Mustang RTR Spec 3 was also on display at the Mustang Unleashed booth just off Woodward Avenue, further adding to the allure of the weekend’s festivities.
RTR Vehicles Bringing the Full Display to Mustang Alley
We brought the RTR rig and full display to Mustang Alley, packed with new merch, Liquid Bronze RTR Tech 5 Wheels, posters, stickers, and our beloved RTR vehicles. Fans were eager to get their hands on our fresh releases, including limited edition posters and stickers, and we sweetened the deal by offering free merch to those who signed up for our RTR email and text announcements.
The atmosphere in Mustang Alley was electric, with excitement filling the air as our team mingled with fans, walked through the crowds, and checked out the hundreds of Mustangs on display.
Ford had a special announcement with the reveal of a new exterior color option, Brittany Blue, for the 60th Anniversary Mustang. This new addition to the Mustang family added an extra layer of excitement and showed that the Mustang's legacy is continuing stronger than ever.
MOCSEM Mustang Memories
The excitement didn’t stop at the Woodward Dream Cruise. Sunday took us to the MOCSEM Mustang Memories Show at Ford World Headquarters, where the RTR spirit carried on. This event was a celebration of the Mustang community, bringing together owners and enthusiasts alike for another day filled with passion for all things Mustang.
From vintage classics to modern performance builds, the show was a testament to the enduring love for Ford’s most iconic muscle car. After the show was wrapped up, we took the opportunity to take Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s Mustang RTR Spec 5-D and the Mystichrome Mustang RTR Spec 3 in front of Ford World Headquarters to capture some photos. Check them out below!
Looking Ahead
As the weekend came to a close, we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the turnout and the overwhelming support from our fans. The Mystichrome Mustang RTR, in particular, left a lasting impression, and we’re excited to continue sharing this incredible vehicle with more people in the future.
